This page explains how to have your Questkeeper account and everything stored with it permanently deleted.

How to request deletion

Send an email to questkeeper@doesonejob.com with the subject “Questkeeper account deletion”.
Send it from the email address you used to create the account. That is how we confirm the request is yours — we will not delete an account on a request from a different address.
We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm. In practice it is usually done within a few days.

You can also delete the app from your phone at any time. That removes everything stored locally on the device, but it does not delete a cloud account — for that, send the email above.

What gets deleted

Open listings in the player market	Cancelled and deleted; the items return to your vault and are deleted with it

Nothing is kept in a recoverable form after deletion. There is no grace period and no way to restore the data afterwards, so please make sure that is what you want.

What is kept, and for how long

Your data on your own phone is separate from all of the above: it lives on the device and is removed when you uninstall the app.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

If you only want part of your data removed rather than the whole account, say so in the same email and we will do that instead.

E-postayı hesabı açarken kullandığınız adresten gönderin. Talebin size ait olduğunu böyle doğruluyoruz; başka bir adresten gelen istekle hesap silmiyoruz.
Hesabı 30 gün içinde siler ve size onay yazarız. Uygulamada bu genellikle birkaç gün sürer.

Uygulamayı istediğiniz an telefonunuzdan silebilirsiniz. Bu, cihazda saklanan her şeyi kaldırır ama bulut hesabını silmez; onun için yukarıdaki e-postayı gönderin.

Silmeden sonra hiçbir şey geri alınabilir biçimde tutulmaz. Bekleme süresi yok, geri dönüş yok — bu yüzden istediğinizden emin olun.
