Questkeeper is a habit tracker with a role-playing game layer. This policy explains what data the app handles.
You can use every feature of Questkeeper without signing up. If you never create an account, nothing you enter ever leaves your device and we have no access to it at all.
An account exists for one reason: so your progress survives if you lose your phone, change devices, or reinstall the app. If you choose to create one, we store:
Your password is handled by our authentication provider and is never visible to us. Your backup is private: our database rules restrict every saved game to its own owner, so no other user can read it.
If you use the in-game market, the items you put up for sale — the item, the quantity and the price — become visible to other signed-in players. Your email and display name are not shown on a listing: the market is anonymous and you cannot choose who buys from you. Nothing you write anywhere else in the app (habit names, journal entries, notes) is ever shown to another player.
If you buy a premium membership, the purchase is processed by Apple or Google. We never see your card details. We use RevenueCat to check whether your membership is active; it receives an anonymous purchase identifier and the purchase receipt, not your name or email.
Accounts and backups are hosted on Supabase (servers in Frankfurt, Germany). Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else.
In the app, "Hesap ve yedek" (Account & backup) lets you sign out at any time — signing out never deletes anything on your phone. To have your account and its cloud backup permanently deleted, follow the steps on our account deletion page — it also lists exactly what is removed and what is kept.
Questkeeper uses no analytics, no advertising networks and no tracking of any kind. The only outside services involved are the ones named above and each does one job: Supabase stores your account and backup, RevenueCat verifies your purchase. Neither is used to profile or track you.
The app is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Şifreniz kimlik doğrulama sağlayıcımız tarafından işlenir, bize hiçbir zaman görünmez. Yedeğiniz özeldir: veritabanı kuralları her kaydı yalnızca sahibine açar, başka hiçbir kullanıcı okuyamaz.
Oyun içi pazarı kullanırsanız, satışa koyduğunuz ilan — eşya, adet ve fiyat — giriş yapmış diğer oyunculara görünür. İlanda e-postanız ve görünen adınız gösterilmez: pazar anonimdir ve kimin satın alacağını seçemezsiniz. Uygulamanın başka hiçbir yerinde yazdıklarınız (alışkanlık adları, günlük kayıtları, notlar) başka bir oyuncuya asla gösterilmez.
Premium üyelik alırsanız ödeme Apple veya Google tarafından işlenir; kart bilgilerinizi biz hiç görmeyiz. Üyeliğinizin açık olup olmadığını doğrulamak için RevenueCat kullanıyoruz; bu hizmete adınız veya e-postanız değil, anonim bir satın alma kimliği ve satın alma makbuzu gider.
Hesaplar ve yedekler Supabase üzerinde barındırılır (sunucular Frankfurt, Almanya). Veri aktarımı şifrelidir (HTTPS). Verinizi satmayız ve kimseyle paylaşmayız.
Uygulamadaki "Hesap ve yedek" ekranından istediğiniz an çıkış yapabilirsiniz; çıkış yapmak telefonunuzdaki hiçbir şeyi silmez. Hesabınızın ve buluttaki yedeğinizin kalıcı olarak silinmesi için hesap silme sayfasındaki adımları izleyin; orada neyin silindiği ve neyin saklandığı da tek tek yazıyor.
Analitik yok, reklam ağı yok, hiçbir türde takip yok. Devrede olan tek dış hizmet yukarıda adı geçenler ve her biri tek iş yapıyor: Supabase hesabınızı ve yedeğinizi saklar, RevenueCat satın almanızı doğrular. Hiçbiri sizi profillemek ya da izlemek için kullanılmaz.
Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamayız.
